JUDGES

OF Plastic:      Marcy Myers

CM:                Jackie Moore

Artist Resin:   Julie Harris

OF China/ Resin, CM China, Mini:  Cindy Dilks

The show holders reserve the right to replace a judge in the event the judge cannot attend, as well as add a judge, if necessary to finish the show. Attendees will be notified if time allows.  If a judge has a horse customized by them in a division they are judging, another judge will step in and judge that particular class.

JUDGE’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL!

Each entrant will have the use of one 6’ x 2.5’ table.  Anyone proxy showing someone else’s models will have the use of an additional half of a table, if space allows.  There will be three minutes allowed between classes; there will be a limit of three models per shower per class, except for the OF China/Resin and CM China Divisions – there will be no limits in China classes.  Classes may be split or combined at the judge's discretion.  Models that are unstable may be laid flat with the understanding that the judge is allowed to pick up the model to inspect the other side.

AWARDS

Each class: new and recycled flat ribbons, placed 1-6

Champs and Reserves: new custom medals

Overall Reserve Grand Champs: rosettes

Overall Grand Champs:  rosettes and a painted resin medallion

TAGS

We will be using 3 x 5 cards instead of tags.  You are welcome to still tag your models for identification purposes, if desired.  As a matter of fact, we strongly suggest you tag your OF Plastic models, as there may be several of the same model on the judging table at the same time!  For each model, the entrant will provide an index card with the class number and name, model’s name, model’s breed, and model’s gender on the front, and the entrant’s name on the back.  You can print out labels using a computer, or handwrite your cards.  If you handwrite them, please make sure we can read them!  The results will be typed from these cards.  Two cards will be needed for the Specialty classes which are double judged – one card for breed and one card for collectibility.  Please make sure your cards are marked clearly.  Bring extra cards for Grand and Reserve callbacks.

BREAKFAST/ LUNCH

**The Quality Inn does not allow outside food or beverages to be brought into the show hall under any circumstances!**

We will have doughnuts, muffins, and orange juice available in the morning.  Water and soda will be available in the show hall all day.  There will also be coffee available in the hotel lobby (until it’s gone!).  We will have cookies and brownies available after lunch.

The beverages will be on a table in the back of the hall; there will be cups and ice available.  The water and OJ will be in pitchers, and the sodas in cans.  If you are concerned about spillage, you can feel free to bring an empty water bottle or travel mug for your drinks.

We will break for lunch for approximately one hour as close to noon as possible.  Lunch will not be provided!  There is a Wendy’s within walking distance, plus Mc Donald’s, Taco Bell / Pizza Hut, and Whattaburger all within a half mile.  There is also a Denny’s and a Chinese restaurant nearby, but we cannot guarantee how fast their service will be.  You are also welcome to bring your own lunch, but you will have to eat it either in your hotel room, or outside the hotel.  The show hall can be locked during the lunch break (there is only one key to the hall, the key is kept in a lock box which only the manager and events coordinator have access to); however, show staff will remain in the show hall during the lunch break, to ensure security.
