This is one of the best layouts I have ever made, at least in my opinion. It was made in Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8, and it features Frodo and Galadriel. :-)

Rules

Please read all of the rules on this page before you submit a site, so you know what the expectations are for entries.

First, make sure that:

• The Site belongs to you.
  
• There is nothing offensive on the site, it is safe for younger kids.
  
• Your site is a Lord of the Rings/Middle Earth related site.
• Your site MUST be in English, or if it is not an English site, translate it.

Now, be sure to include all of the following information in an entry that you submit:

• Your E-Mail Adress
  
• The URL of where my button is on your site
  
• Put the words 'Starlight Citadel' in the space where it says 'Jewel' on the entry form.
  
• Categories you wish to compete in. Please see just below so you know what categories are available for you.:

  •Caras Galadhon~ Best Layout (People who have MSN group sites or premade templates that your host supplies CANNOT enter into this category. Your layout must be 'custom made'.)

  •Valar ~ Most Dedicated Webmaster/Webmistress
  •Valinor ~ Best Overall Site

  Note: This last award is one that every site is nominated in, it is the Judge's Favourite Site award.
