Purpose of this Site
The purpose of this site is to promote the hobby of building custom air rifle stocks by sharing info with others. At this point in time I do not have commercial interest (apart from partially funding my hobby) nor any special knowledge on the topic so I say it as I see it. The articles posted under the Tips, Tricks & Tools section is based on my limited experience. The idea is to get other people interested and involved so we can share our experience and knowledge. I started off with wood working as a hobby in 2001. After reading an article in Popular Mechanics on PCP air rifles I bought a CZ200S in 2005 and that's were the stock building thing started. Since then I have build a number of stocks with mixed results, (see the My Stocks Page) learning the hard way as I go along. If you have any ideas, comments , info to share or an opinion on the topic please contact me by e-mail. Please send me any links to other related sites that you are aware of so I can include it in my Links. Any feedback (positive or negative) related to this site and its contents is greatly appreciated, so fire away!
I currently own an Air Arms S400 Classic, so most of the stocks featured here revolves around that rifle but hopefully with contributions/links from other people I'll rectify that to cover a broader spectrum.
