Spirits are the souls of those who have made the transition to the other side. Most of the time they appear to me as huge lights, sort of like a bright aura with a figure. This is how I can tell they have crossed over. Also it is very hard to hear them speak, and like other mediums have mentioned, sometimes it is high pitched and other times it is just like a really bad phone connection. They usually come around all the time and if I let them will communicate all night. I've learned ways to shut them out.

Ghosts are souls who have not made the transition to the other side. They are also known as Earthbound. Earthbound souls (ghosts) have a very heavy energy and they tend to make me very sleepy. Their voices even drag and sound heavy and very close. They look just they way they did when they died, so sometimes they can appear scarey looking. It's because of these souls I have trouble sleeping at night. They want attention and sometimes they are just pissed off and I can feel them and it makes me pissed off. Ghosts are usually the noisey souls, while spirits are more likely to move things that belonged to them.
