I live just outside Edinburgh and have been breeding a small number of rabbits as a hobby for many years I breed beautiful mini lop and lionlop rabbits. I like these breeds in particular as they are small breed, full of character and they enjoy human company. Lionlops are exactly the same size as mini lops, the only difference is that lionlops have a mane. All the money from sales goes towards the upkeep and care of my wonderful rabbits. I don't breed all of my rabbits. I believe it's important to handle rabbits daily. I have three young children who also enjoy cuddling them so its really a family hobby and the rabbits benefit from all the attention! I don't breed my rabbits very often as they are pets. They can be kept outdoors or indoors as house rabbits. Generally they are quite easy to litter train. All my rabbits live in large hutches not small breeder hutches as it's essential to their quality of life that they have enough space. All the baby rabbits are handled daily from around a week old as socialization is very important at an early age for the rabbits' future temperament. All baby rabbits leave with changeover food.
I have bew mini lops (blue eyed white)mini lops and hope to have some babies from them soon! Please let me know if you would like to go on the waiting list.
Please see my for sale page as I sometimes have babies available. They can be booked and seen from whenever they are advertised. Baby rabbits leave for their new homes between seven and ten weeks.
