We are proud to be the first Miniature Australian Shepherd breeder in the UK.
We imported one of the first Miniature Australian Shepherds to the UK in 2005 - "Dunnellons Dancin Rizzo". Rizzo was bred by Shirley Wells in Florida, USA. She came over to the UK in 2005 when she was 10 months old. She is a beautiful girl who has endless love to give. She enjoys agility, obedience & flyball and loves nothing more than having a cuddle! Our Affix "Dunnellon" has been granted by the MASCA and by The Kennel Club.

Miniature Australian Shepherds have become increasingly popular in the USA since the breed/variety was first developed in the 1960's. They have already been imported to Canada, France and Germany - winning many hearts & fans!
Miniature Australian Shepherds are the same as Australian Shepherds except for their size with Mini Aussies being smaller at only 14" - 18" tall. More information about the breed and its history can be found both on this website and on the sites listed on our links page. All our dogs are registered with the Miniature Australian Shepherd Club of America.

We are very proud to have bred the first litter of Miniature Australian Shepherds to be born in the UK. This litter was from Dunnellons Dancin Rizzo X Multi CH Gottabe's Spot The Winner (see photo on left) owned by Lori McClelland of Gottabe Aussies, Nevada. Rizzo had 8 beautiful puppies - born on the 22nd January 2008. They have now all gone to their new homes apart from our two little girls that will be staying with us - Chelsea and Roxie.
