Welcome to the official website of The Nightstalkers Airsoft Team, a highly trained, highly motivated, Mil-Sim airsoft team in Victoria, Texas.
Founded November 11, 1996, Victoria Mil-Sim is a non-profit group of military enthusiasts organized for the purpose of performing LARP (Live Action Role Playing) Mil-Sim (MILitary SIMulation) Airsoft scenarios.
Victoria Mil-Sim gives you the opportunity to take on the role of a special operations soldier, complete with realistic equipment, mission objectives, and that sustained rush of adrenaline.
As our name implies our focus is on military simulations and designed around current military operations that could happen in real life.
We consider ourselves a serious group with teamwork, organization and structure and strive to present ourselves accurately as "reproductions" of an elite special ops unit wrapped in low-intensity conflict deep in the jungles of Central America. Our objective: Make the overall event look & feel realistic.
Our approach requires planning, organization and props that are not practical in a traditional weekend airsoft event. Individuals in the simulation are generally involved not only for the airsoft event but also for the enjoyment of recreating an active character (and in character) during the entire time of the event.
Often times, in events such as these, the role-playing is a larger part of the overall event rather than the use and firing of plastic bb's upon one another.
Our Mil-Sim events stress tactics, strategy, storyline, context and military realism including improvisational role-playing as appropriate to the scenario. In order to make our simulations more "real" we have a strong commitment to training. Training is based on that of Special Forces teams and geared toward Covert Ops and includes hundreds of hours of drills and field tactics.
Most of our missions involve Foreign Internal Defense (FID) tactics: Reconnaissance and Surveillance actions, Combat Search and Rescue, Infiltration & Patrol, Counterinsurgency, Counterterrorism, Guerrilla Warfare. We vary the scenario while still supporting the ultimate goal of "capturing Ricardo Santiago".

Victoria MilSim, and it's affiliates, do not advocate the use of firearms for violent acts. The hobby/sport of airsoft scenarios, when properly carried out, is safe, enjoyable and of no threat to the public.
We use replica firearms, not
real firearms, as a means to replicate the many great military forces
around the world in a safe way. The use of realistic models, which appear on first examination to resemble firearms, purely adds to the theme and atmosphere. We simply wish to enjoy a simulated
battle experience. Members of the Victoria Milsim airsoft team never brandish any form of replica weaponry in a public place. All replicas in transit are kept in cases, gun-bags or other appropriate carriage systems.
