Milford High School Band

If you have not heard by now, the Milford H.S. Band will be attending a music festival in Orlando, Florida on March 21, 2009 through March 24, 2009.

The total cost of the trip is $900.00 per student.  Attached, please find information explaining trip information, as well as, an itinerary for each day.

Please take special notice to the payment schedule set up by World Class Vacations, as well as, the February guarantee/cancellation deadline. Any cancellations after the 5th of January deadline can result in no reimbursement of any deposits or payments made.  The 1st initial deposit of $250.00 is due before October 3, 2008.  Everyone planning on attending the trip should pay this deposit. A second payment of $250.00 is due prior to December 5, 2008.

Special Notice: So that we are sure you get credit for what you pay, checks and/or money orders will only be accepted.  Please print the person(s) name attending the trip on the check or money order.  Make check or money orders payable to the Milford H.S. Band Boosters.

This should be a very exciting and educational trip, as well as, a great opportunity for our young musicians to perform their musical talent in the Magic Kingdom.  We look forward to March.
