Michael J Allard is an 20-year veteran of the Northampton, Massachusetts Police Department and has received numerous awards for service in his capacity as the department's Highway Safety Officer, vehicle and pedestrian collision analysis and reconstruction, latent print recovery, finger print classification and comparison, buccal DNA recovery, crime scene investigation, evidence collection, and chief mapping and diagramming officer. His mapping and diagramming experience includes collision scene, crime scene, and city planning. He has a federal non-airbag deployment investigation diagram of his posted by NHTSA. He is a certified Advanced CADZONE and LTI Quickmap instructor.
Mike has taken his level of training and experience to the training of municipal and state law enforcement agencies. His business of Northeast Diagramming Services offers Collision Reconstruction and Forensic Mapping/Diagramming services, consulting, and training. In 2005 Michael Allard was granted a copyright for “The Equation Aid”. The Equation Aid is a collision equation/formula aid for the collision investigator. He is also an associate of Forensic Consulting Associates of New England.
Michael Allard joined the growing list of professional Instructors for SRR Traffic Safety Consulting in 2005.
