Dear current and prospective patients: I am no longer practicing at Full Circle Midwifery & Naturopathic Medicine or Spicer Wellness Center in Minnesota. I have decided to return to the Seattle area to continue pursuing my practice as a midwife and naturopathic doctor.
It has been a pleasure working with everyone in the Minneapolis community and I will miss this area greatly. In June 2005, the British Medical Journal published an article stating the results of a home birth study in North America. It was very favorable toward home birth and concluded that deaths for moms and babies were equivalent to those in the hospital. Furthermore, there were fewer interventions and a higher rate of satisfaction in the home births. Read the article.
