We ship our puppies onlyin the Continental United States. NO oversea sales!
These puppies must be between 8-12 weeks old before we ship them. Teeny tinys will not be shipped until they are at least 12 weeks old.
We only ship through First Pets on Delta, at our local airport in South Bend, Indiana. We don't want to ship our Chihuahua puppies when it is too cold or too hot. So during the really cold months and hot months we would rather people pick up their puppies at our home in Walkerton, Indiana. If picking them up at our home is'nt an option then I can only ship our puppies when our Vet says that it is okay in cold and hot tempertures (Cold Tempatures usually 30 degress F. and for only a half hour and hot tempertures of 80 F for a half hour.)
Shipping costs have gone up to $350.00 because of the fuel increase and this cost has been passed down to people who fly their pets to them. The price of flying can change at any time and I have no control over any increases!
The Seller, Carla Barkman, and the Buyer_________ hereby agrees as follows:
1. The Seller hereby sells to the Buyer for the amount of $ payment of which is hereby acknowledged. A male by the name of ______ puppy/Adult born on ________out of the

2. A. Payment of $______was received on 06/__/2009 No longer taking payments for a puppy/adult unless it is before the puppy/adult goes home.
3. Puppy has CKC papers only? YES
4. The Seller guarantees that the Puppy/Adult is in good health on the date of purchase of said Chihuahua.
5. The Buyer has 72 hours to have the Puppy/Adult checked out by their Veterinarian of their choice. If your Veterinarian discovers a genetic defect with your Puppy/Adult and you aren't comfortable with it, you will need to get a written statement from your Veterinarian, stating what is wrong with your Puppy/Adult. Bring the written statement and your puppy back to the Seller/Me and I will replace your Puppy/Adult, with a Puppy/Adult, that I have available. If you fail to take your Puppy/Adult to a Veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup, a Puppy/Adult will not be replaced and this contract is then voided out!
YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETERINARIAN COSTS!
6. The Buyer shall maintain the Puppy/Adult they purchased in good condition, including adherence to a regular immunizations schedule, heart worm preventative, a good diet, clean and safe environment.
7. If at any time in the Puppy's/Adult's life, the Puppy/Adult is to be sold or given away, the Buyer shall notify the Seller to give the Seller first option to buy the Puppy/Adult back at the original purchase price. It is against this contract if the Buyer sells the Puppy/Adult you purchased to a broker, agent, puppy shop/store, auction, puppy mill, etc.
8. CKC Registration only YES
All deposits/payments for puppies/adults, are NEVER refunded. No EXCEPTIONS.
9. The Buyer shall not slander the Seller on the Internet or in the public eye if they aren't happy with the purchase of the puppy. The Buyer shall not get other people to slander the Seller on the Internet or in the public eye. The Seller shall not slander the Buyer on the Internet or in the public eye either or get other people to slander the Buyer on the Internet or in the public eye. This needs to be taken care of between the Buyer and the Seller.
