New Policies
10% interest will be added to all balances that aren't paid in full by the following month of purchase of your Chihuahua!
So to avoid this interest added to your balance, please make sure you have paid your balance off before the following month!
If you have arranged with me to make monthly payments, you can disregard this policy. However, if you fail to make your payments that were arranged at the time of purchase this 10% interest will be added to your balance. NO EXCEPTIONS!
I will no longer carry your balance for months on end. With the economy the way it is, I have to be paid!
As of May 1, 2009, any one that writes me a personal check for a Chihuahua and it is returned to me with insuffient funds in your account, there will be a $25.00 charge for each time your check returns. Plus, $25.00 for each check that you cause my account to have an overdraft because of your account having insuffient funds!
So to avoid these fees, you may want to consider to use another form of payment for any deposits or payments!
Thanking you in advance for your cooperation in both of these new policies!
POLICIES UPDATES
1. ONLY registering puppies CKC. My puppies can be registered AKC but the price will be as close to the asking price as possible if I register a puppy with AKC. The reason for not registering with AKC, is because they keep raising their prices to register a litter. AKC charges a $25.00 fee and $4.00 per puppy that is registered. CKC is free for registering a litter!
2. Any payments and or deposits, that are made on a puppy or adult are non-refundable. However, the amount that is paid, will be subtracted from your final balance. Therefore it is important that you make sure that the puppy you put any deposits on, payments, shipping costs, or if a payment is paid in full for the puppy, that you are sure that this is the breed of dog you are wanting to purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. You have 72 hours to take your puppy or adult to your Vet to have a healthy puppy/adult checkup. If you Vet finds a genetic defect with your puppy, you need to get a statement in writing from your Vet. This statement must state the date that the Chihuahua was first seen on, what is wrong with the Chihuahua, if this condition will be outgrown or if it is permanent, phone number where your Vet can be reached at, any medications that were given, any treatment the Chihuahua was given, any tests that were done and their results, and any other information.
We do take great care in making sure that our puppies don't have fleas, ticks, or worms. However, sometimes the puppies or adult can be found with fleas, ticks,or worms. We aren't responsible for any that are found. You will be responsible for the cost, care and removal of above pests!
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETERINARIAN COSTS!
4. When your Vet's written statement is given to me, I will then replace your puppy but the puppy you purchased must be returned! No exceptions! I will replace the puppy with the next available puppy that I have. If at that time, I have no puppies available, I will replace the puppy with the next puppy in the next litter that is born.
