It develops physical strength, flexibility, and endurance. It also creates an atmosphere that sharpens the mind and decision making. But most importantly, it's fun. Each fencer is allowed to progress at a rate appropriate to there goals. Competition is broken down into skill levels, allowing every one to be competitive, regardless of experience. This fosters diverse friendships, within the Club, and with fencers around the world.
