We are always looking for new players with or without experience , so if you fancy having a try out please contact as below.

Training is Thursday Evenings 6.30 till 8.00pm , At Tees Valley Airport, Middleton St.George, with matches played on Sunday Afternoons.

DAVE IS PLEASED TO CONFIRM THE TEAM HAS SECURED 2 NEW SPONSORS FOR SEASON 08/09, THEY ARE IRONMONGERY CENTER AND EUROSPEC.

THE PLANNED FRIENDLY ON 24TH AUGUST HAS BEEN RE ARRANGED TO THURSDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER KICK OFF 6.00 PM AT THE AIRPORT.

THE TEAM WILL PLAY IN THE TJFA LEAGUE DIVISION 4 IN SEASON 08/09.

SUNDAY'S PLANNED FRIENDLY WITH STOCKTON IS CANCELLED,TRAINING WILL TAKE PLACE INSTEAD.

Middleton have an open door philosophy on new players if you would like to come along to try out our Fa Level 2 coaching sessions you are more than welcome,for details contact Dave on 01325 333493.

The team currently have players from both Durham County and Cleveland County playing for us ,including 2 boys(4 in total within the club) who currrently represent The North East F.A.Centre of Excellence Football attending Coaching sessions with professional Football Club Coaches at Chester-Le-Street on a weekly basis.Four of the players have also had or are having trials with professional clubs,a fantastic achievement for a small village club team.

The club now has 11 boys teams and 1 girls team , which has increased again  this year for the 5th year running since it's formation in 2003,under the excellent guidance of Chairman Les Hughes ( Tel. 07834 858969 ) the club has emerged as a major organisation in Grass Roots Football and will continue to do so following the guidance of POSITIVE Coaching rather than Negative styles,under the instruction of Durham F.A.

Players Training 2008/2009

Daniel Gladstone - Keeper .Joined us shortly after the start of last season and continues to grow stronger each training session,just loves shot stopping and diving around,he converted (ha ha) from playing rugby and is now a regular member of the team as his improvement continues to grow.Development is imense as he's not only stopping goals he's also now getting them as an early season friendly goal has been folllowed up by a league goal and at one stage was our joint top league goal scorer!.D.O.B.17/10/94.

Conner Goodfellow - Defender/ Midfield/Forward.'CK' as everyone knows him,the babe of the squad only qualifying by 5 days.A dependable player who no one can remember missing a session(apart from the occasional holiday)Continues to give 110% week in week out and has done since the team formed in 2003.Confidence starting to grow as now seems to have found a knack of finding the net,usually with the hardest of chances.D.O.B.26/8/95.

Kyle Hacking - Right/Centre Midfield.Cut his early teeth with Conner as they used to go to the same child minder.Joined during the summer having spent his early years relaxing,is improving all the time but has time to make up as most kids he's playing against have played competitive football for 5 years now,really popular lad who everyone likes a good tackle with ,even Dave.Improvement continues weekly,at this rate he'll end up in the England schoolboys team!Not bothered how big his opponent is,to him they all can't tackle as good as him!D.O.B.4/3/95.

Haydn Mckenna - Midfield.'Makka'.4th season with Rangers has shown considerable improvement as the months have gone by,now practically first name down on the team sheet due to his sheer will to win, a fab team player any team would want, not surprising that he has won players player of the year 2 years running and continues to be very popular with all the team.Won Manager's player of the year and WWW wurthy Winner award last season. D.O.B.3/4/95.

Sam Notman - Defence / Cent.Midfield/Goalkeeper.Joined at start of 2004,will play anywhere as long as he's playing,a formidable keeper as he's shown numerous times, strong in the tackle and in the air will battle for the cause of the team ,no doubts.Major trophy winner in 05/06 season and in 07/08 finished the season bossing the midfield area as Ranger's stormed up the league table with an unbeaten 9 game sequence.D.O.B.26/10/94.

Daniel Paylor - Cent./Right Midfield/Forward.'Rich Tea' 'Coffee Table'.Another of the original team starting out in 2003,The talker,stand still long enough and he'll talk to you without doubt!.Formed a formiddable partnership in 2006 with Sam driving us up the table to an exceptional 4th place finish,ending with him winning 2 awards Managers player of the Year and the WWW Award(Wotto's Wurthy Winner).One of the best passers in the team and plays very intelligently for his age,just needs to be more confident and will bag loads of goals,and i'm sure he will!. D.O.B.1/3/95.

Daniel Petrusow - Right/Left Defender.Played last season after a spell with the 'B' Team.Very popular player,tough tackler and uses the ball very well when he wins it.Was Only back a week and already forced his way into the team, became a great asset to the side until he picked up an injury,hampering his performances.This season has already won back his starting spot and doesn't look like he want's to give it up again judging by his early season form. D.O.B.6/8/95.

Jack Thubron - Defence/Forward.Joined at start of 2004 and made an instant impact with his electric pace bagging goals from the start.Another classic example of a great team player as he will play anywhere(except in goal)and usually copes superbly as he showed at the beginning of the year in our difficult cup matches when he played in defence, winning Man of the Match on more than one occasion .Has been out injured with meta tarsal break,but due back very soon and will put pressure on the team to perform to keep him out.D.O.B.24/10/94.

Gavin Watson - RightDefence/Midfield.Original starter in 2003.Free kick specialist and penalty taker perfectionist,struggled to settle last season after 2 good previous years but finished the season strongly helping to contribute to our upsurge in form,lacks confidence on the ball at times, but can produce the goods when he tries hard.D.O.B.26/2/95.
