I would like to make an inquiry if the apartment is still available for rent and the duration in which you want to lease the unit. Preferably 6-12months. Am a family Orientated man, No Pet {s}

Could you be kind enough to let me know what the electricity/utility cost would be ?as i will really need to have this unit to myself. You can send me the lease application , to enable be review it ahead of time.i would eventually have it signed physically when i arrive.In my opinion, appending signatories should be done properly and at best physically.Please , send me a picture view of the living room and bed rooms AS well as the availability (i mean the available date and the end time and month)....And during my stay i will be working with the Environmental Protection Agency on a private research work.We have a financier that is based in the states and he will be handling the rent deposit payment on our behalf,we will instruct him to send you the check for this as soon as you give us the go ahead to make payment to you.(THE DEPOSIT I MEAN) ...... the rent deposit payment on our behalf,we will instruct FROM MY COMPANY FINACIALIST to send you the check for this as soon as you give us the go ahead to make payment to you. ......

Due to the limited time that we have before our arrival,we are making arrangements with a furniture company to supply the home with furniture,so also, we will need you to provide us with the measurements of the living room and bedroom also, so that we can send it to the furniture company so that they can supply the unit with furniture that will fit in well.

As regards the lease agreement,i want you to send it to me for my review,i will eventually have it filled and signed on my arrival in your place as i am of the opinion that such documents are best filled and signed physically...We can start the lease by the available time and we will be doing a month or 3 moths lease although we will not be arriving until you make all things done for us....You can prepare the lease in my my name Dr.DERRIK M.DAVIDS and my wife's name Mrs.Nancy .DAVIDS....

Let us know how to move ahead as we intend to complete this deal before we move in ,we will let you know the exact date as soon as we get a booking on a flight to the states.

Am jennifer I am writing just to confirm if you still have the place for rent.If YES Please I will like to have answers to the following questions below:

1) I will like to have the description of the place,size, and the equipments in there.
2) I will like to have the rent fee per month plus the utilities.
3) Also I will like to know if there is any garage or parking space cos I will have my own car come over.
4) I will also be coming with some of my furniture,that is if the room is not funished and if furnitures are allowed, like bed, book shelf cos I read alot, shoe rank etc
5) I will also like to know if I can make an advance payment ahead my arrival that will be stand as a kind of commitment that I am truely coming over and for you to hold the room down for me.
6) If the #5 questions is YES, I will like to know the total cost for the my initial move as in first month rent and if you accept deposit.
7) I will like to know the major intersection nearest your neighborhood. like shopping mall, bus line e.t.c

I will be very glad to have all this questions answered with out leaving a stone unturned... Here is all I can say about my self for now.I am 29 years old female and I work full time,Monday through Friday and have weekends off exept for once a month. I was born in sweden , but I was brought up in sweden,I work in a fashion home as a designer director.I am not really a sports person, BUT I do love Hockey Games.I am a VERY out going person and fun to be with. I do play the organ and piano,, and I do have BOTH piano and organ here at my house.

I am not a drinker and I don't smoke and I don't do drugs. I think you will like living here and YES I would like to go out with you on weekends and weeknights when we are both free. I like going to movies,, concerts ,, plays,,I like camping, hiking, bike ridding,swimming, and I love to travel.
