Don't you just hate it when celebrities use their fame for some kind of political platform?

Well, I'm not a celebrity. I'm just me. And I'm pretty stoked about Obama.

Is this the end of the "old boy network"? The end of soldiers coming home in pieces, if at all, because of oil? The end of record foreclosures and layoffs and bankruptcies?

There's a lot of propaganda floating around about Barack Obama. It's hard to weed through the mess in search of truth, but try. Try, because we desperately need change, and this guy just might be the one who can keep our country from sinking.

Congratulations to Barack Obama on winning the nomination.

Congratulations to all of us on this opportunity to upend a system that clearly isn't working.

Several readers have alerted me, recently, to an unfavorable review on Amazon.com.

While I'm no stranger to shitty reviews (comes with the territory, and sometimes you even learn from them), I found it a little odd that this particular review had no by-line. That's right...no name.

So while I respect everybody's right to their own opinion, I have a very special message for any reviewer who hasn't the balls to put their name on what they say.

Then again, perhaps the late Johnny Cash said it best...
