Both mounted and unmounted clinics are regularly held at Acacia Park as well as other venues by request. Introduction to the Alexander Technique, as well as general equestrian clincs and lessons can be tailored to suit individuals, ARC & Pony Club at all levels.

Learn the art of test riding.
Practice your test riding skills in a friendly environment
designed to improve your performance at a competition.
Learn the keys for successful competition riding:
- mental rehearsal
- strategies to combat competition nerves
- tactics for test riding
- warm up preparation
- reviewing your performance
Written appraisal of test ridden in the afternoon,
with one-on-one coaching to apply the keys learned in the morning session.
Riders to bring photocopy of test they wish to ride.

Thought...Poise...Activity
Attend an Alexander Technique Clinic for non-riders.
A skill that can be learned and applied in daily activities improving balance and coordination. The workshops are interactive incorporating the basic principles of the Alexander Technique through group activities. The Technique is useful for people with back and neck problems and RSI. It can be applied in the areas of sports performance, performing arts and personal development.
