Thought...Poise...Activity
The Alexander Technique is a
skill that can be learned and applied in daily activities improving
balance and coordination. An educational process which facilitates
greater understanding of how thought and movement impact on
performance. The Technique is useful for people with back and neck
problems and RSI. It can be applied in the areas of sports performance,
performing arts and personal development.
