GENERAL TERMS

• These terms apply to works commissioned for personal use only.
  No work commissioned under these terms may be reprinted or re-posted commercially without prior agreement.
• All art must fall within a G - PG13 rating.
• I reserve the right to re-post any artwork I create to my online galleries.
• I reserve the right to turn down any project without explanation.

How to Place an Order

• Contact me at lilgreymouse @ gmail . com - I only discuss commissions via e-mail.
• Please include your complete idea in your e-mail. Include any reference pictures you would like me to use, or concise textual descriptions.
• Once your idea and a price is agreed upon, additional details may not be added.

Payment Info

• For all commissions, payment must be made in advance and in full.
  
• Paypal is preferred, but payment via money order may be arranged.
• Please send Paypal payments as a payment for goods, not as a gift. I do not charge Paypal fees to my customers.
• Turnaround time is generally 2-4 weeks, unless my workload is heavy. Deadlines can be negotiated.
• For projects with a deadline of one week or less, a 15% rush fee may be applied to your total.

Corrections and/or Redraws

• In the interest of expediting your order, I do not share progress unless specified before the project begins.
• Please take time to look through my previous work to make sure my style is what you are looking for in your project. I do not make stylistic corrections, although I will happily correct any mistakes in a character's design, or if I miss important details.
• Excessive corrections, revisions and complete redraws of a pose or character will result in either an additional charge, or a discontinuation of the commission.

STYLE 1 - three full body poses

• progress is included in price
• Should you decide to re-vamp your character after a sheet has already been completed and approved, I charge a fee of $10 for basic revisions (colors, minor patterns, etc). This charge may be higher if major revisions are needed. Turnaround time depends on current project schedule and availability.
