  • layers: a lot of people suggest dressing in layers but you have to be careful how you do it.  big baggy clothes can emphasize wieght loss and are a indicate poor body image often associated with eds.  instead of going big and baggy try snug layers like a tank under a layered top or sweat pants/ leggings under jeans it can add a full size!
  • "high calorie" drinks: try getting a high calorie drinks then dump them out and replace with a low or no cal substitute. people will be less suspicious of your eating habits if they think you're having yoohoo with your salad.  just makes sure that you don't let anyone taste it!! here are some that i find work well: replace sodas with their diet counter parts, have kool aid with splenda as a replacement for fruity drinks,  yoo hoo can be replaced with coffee and a dash of milk (so it'll seem creamy)
  • hiding diet pills: try putting dit pills in a jar of multivitamins but keep them in your room, if someone else takes them, they'll notice that sonething is fishy
  • "high cholesterol" you don't have to be overweight to have high cholesterol so, if people ask why you eat only lettuce when you already weigh like 90lbs say you have high cholesterol
  • excersize instead of eat: say that you're going out for to eat but go for a long walk instead.
  • have evidence: try to have evidence of having eaten such as wrappers, doggie bags, and/or food breath.  wrappers are hard because you have to buy the food, handle it and throw it away, really tempting.  for a doggie bag it's almost as bad, you have still have to get food try getting only a small side order like fries to bring home add some ketchup.  for food breath try eating some onion or garlic or try having just one bite of food before you get in.
