Mane Hollow Rabbitry

Raising Rabbits Since 2003

Welcome To Our Website

Welcome to MHR's Website....

We are a small rabbitry located in the wild and wonderful hills of West Virginia, in beautiful Linclon County. My rabbitry is not a business but is my hobby. I love raising new babies from birth to adulthood, giving each one love and attention. My rabbitry is clean and my bunnies are happy and healthy. They are fed Purina Rabbit Chow and hay daily. They have toys and treat sticks in their cages to keep them from getting bored. Please make sure you can provide shelter, food and water daily, and attention before inquiring about one of my bunnies.

Breeds We Raise

We are currently working with Lionheads (LH).

We raise LH in many colors. Our herd consists of these colors: Opal, BEW, Tort, Black, Hemi, Chinchilla, Chestnut, and Squirell. We can't wait to see what we get in our litters.

Special Thanks to:

  • Lisa Miller @ CMS Rabbitry  www.freewebs.com/csmrabbitry for the awesome bunnies and being a great friend. Check Out her site....
  • JoAnn Schoolcraft @ JoAnn's Awesome Angoras
  • Breeders whom I bought from at the Southern Ohio Poultry Swap (SOPS) in Lucasville, OH.

Quality of Our Bunnies

We do have a Sales Policy. Please be sure to read our Sales Policy before inquiring about a bunny we have for sale. You must to agree to the policy before purchasing a bunny from us. If you do not agree with our policy please do not buy from us.

We also have a Waiting List. Please email us with a desciption of what you would like to have (ex. sex, color, breed, etc.) and we will put your name and email address down and you will be notified when something comes available.

We have decided to maybe go to a show or two this year, 2008. But our bunnies will only be labeled as Brood Quality (BQ) and Pet Quality (PQ). It is up to you to show your MHR bunny or not. Yes, some maybe Show Quality (SQ) but as of now, we will not be labeling any bunny as SQ.

**Also we do not ensure the any quality of any rabbit without the MHR prefix.
