Ok now, I’m going to make myself feel famous and I will follow the format of those fancy biographies. "Minerva Grama was born on August 10, 1983, in Sibiu, Romania. She is the daughter of…" Oh well, I guess I changed my mind considering that I am not famous..... yet!!! But I will be some day… it's good to keep dreaming, otherwise reality would be too harsh. Ok, let’s go back to the date of birth. For those of you who read this, make sure to write it down on your calendar and call me or e-mail me to wish me happy birthday. But this only for a few more years because after that I will not want to be reminded that I’m getting old.
I lived in Sibiu, Romania, until the age of 18 when I packed everything I had in two suitcases and crossed the ocean all the way to the United States. However, all the valuable stuff was not in those suitcases but in my heart and my mind, where I made sure to store all the dear ones and all the memories in a safe place.
I don’t want to get into any more details about how my experience has been while in the U.S. or what I have done in those 18 years in Romania because I know it might get boring - even though for me it wasn’t at all boring. So I’m spearing you of the details. Ok, one more thing, just in case you are wondering what I am presently doing. Obviously, I am wasting my time with this website while at work (I am a computer lab attendant) instead of doing homework and studying for the exams that are coming up. So therefore, as you can see, I am still in school, I am a senior at Northern Illinois University, and majoring in Kinesiology - Preventive and Rehabilitative Exercise Science (a field of Sports Medicine). I am also getting a minor in Sociology. Slowly I am getting closer to graduation and after completing all the coursework and an internship I will be ready (hopefully
) to go and face the real world out there. Now I’m really done, so you are exempted.

Ok, so on May 12, 2007 I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Northern Illinois University! Congratulations to me!!!
Recently I started a new job in an orthopaedic & rehabilitation clinic and so far I really like it. It is a lot of hands-on experience, and as you can see I have a lot of down time as well
Regarding the future, we'll see....
