HEADLINE:
The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) ordered that all analog television signals would have to shut off by 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2015, requiring television service providers to migrate to digital television by that time.

DWBC CHANNEL 68 (Byer's Communication Inc.) - It was the first UHF station to introduce subscription TV, wherein viewers pay a monthly fee to unscramble its signals. Due to intense competition brought by cable tv, this station folded out.
