 I know it's a long link, but it access's IGN's video file for Metroid Prime 2! I have seen this stuff and it is amazing!!! It is something to look forward to!

  Metroid is one of Nintendo's greatest games that I have ever played. When the N64 was out Nintendo obviously didn't know what they had in Metroid. It must have hit them once the GCN and GBA came out, because they have already released one game on each, and follow-ups are being worked on for both. Metroid Prime 2 is exteremely anticipated by all who have played Metroid Prime, but it is over a year away. One of the main things Metroid fans are focusing on right now is Metroid: Zero Mission. After studying screen shots and in-game footage, it has become pretty clear that it is a remake of the original. You will be able to experience the original Zebes with all new abilities and access brand new areas along with brand new bosses.  This should be one of the greatest 2-D Metroid games ever created. It is coming out on the Game Boy Advance. I personally can't stand to look down at the tiny creen with very little light. And if you have th GBA SP then you're good to go, although I prefer playing the Game Boy Player for the GCN. I don't have much else to say, so here is a link for Some Metroid: Zero Mission.

UPDATE: It has been confirmed to a degree that Metroid: Zero Mission will be more than just a redo of the original with new areas. There is going to be a prequel like part before the remake of the original game. This should prove to be interesting knowing what happened directly before the game. No more information has been given on Metroid Prime 2. Any future news will be recorded here.
