Although our vision is still in its infancy there are many ways that individuals and church groups can enjoy Messiah's Ranch.
Melody has worked for quite awhile with women who have been in abusive relationships by offering a spiritual based method of horse therapy. She is also available to share what she is learning about natural horsmanship with others.
We open our ranch to church groups of all ages who would like to camp out (primative) or have an outdoor campfire and bible study for the evening. Mens or womens small groups might enjoy shooting sporting clays, and others would appreciate doing nothing more than kicking back in a hammock (reservations reqired).
We have a pond that is fishable but you better have the annointing of the Lord if you expect to catch anything. Also, there are acres of wooded trails and creek bottoms to explore.
We would be remiss if we didn't mention that there are plenty of opportunities to do some good old farm chores. After all, there are always stalls to clean , horses to be bathed and of course fences to mend. (sometimes literally)
We are relying on God's continual blessings to fund our ongoing projects such as barn and paddock building. We are also looking forward to future projects such as an covered riding arena and cabins back in our wooded acreage.
