Merus Training Ltd provides training to facilitate learning and improve the practice of individuals and organisations working to reduce drug & alcohol related harm. Training subjects include Young People and drugs, Basic Drug and Alcohol Awareness, Working with Substance Misusers, Drugs on Premises (legislation), Working with Drug Users in the Criminal Justice Field, Commissioning, Assessment and Care Planning, Reducing Overdose Deaths, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Merus Training's drug and alcohol training supports the implementation of Models of Care and is consistent with DANOS (Drug and Alcohol National Occupational Standards) units.  We are currently in discussion with a number of academic institutions and professional bodies and are working towards developing accreditation for our courses.
