Merus Training Ltd delivers effective training and consultancy interventions and solutions in respect of drugs and alcohol both in the community and the workplace. We currently deliver training and provide specialist consultancy services to a wide range of clients. We often work in partnership with individuals, community groups and health, social care and criminal justice agencies at a local, national and international level.
Merus Training Ltd was established in 2003 to work to support the implementation of National Strategies locally to help reduce drug and alcohol related harm in the community and in the workplace. Based in Brighton (we have recently moved from Wiltshire) the organisation has gained both a national and international reputation for developing, advocating and implementing a pragmatic and effective approach to drug and alcohol issues.
Our most recent work includes, supporting the development and implementation of national and local drug strategies in Eastern Europe (primarily relating to countries entering the EU), supporting Drug Action Teams (DATs) in implementing Models of Care, Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace initiatives, providing Information about Drugs and the Law, Young People and Drugs training, Basic Drug & Alcohol Awareness training, Working with Substance Misuse training, Drugs on Premises (legislation) training and Working with Drug Users in the Criminal Justice Field courses.
