Yes, unfortunately, MMM were not there. Bob did ask (in fact, he begged), but the MMM did not think themselves Live enough to participate in this particular event. Bob was so distraught at this, that as a consolation, he ordered the Live 8 logo to be redone in MMM colours as a tribute to the missing side. (see left) However, I'm sure they'll make up for their absence soon, with performances at T In The Park, and the BBC Proms coming up soon.
NEWS JUST IN!! MMM to lose 2 members! Here at the MMM fan site office, we were distraught to here that Dan and Matthew are leaving MMM. Sadly, they have decided to leave to pursue solo efforts, but insist that this is not the end for MMM. If you would like to send the boys any Good Luck messages, please e-mail them to us, at mmmfansite@hotmail.com, and we'll pass them on.

2nd May 2005 MMM arrived safely back at Manchester Airport last night, to the rapturous sounds of screaming fans and whirring cameras. They have turned down an exciting offer to dance at a VE day celebration this weekend, as they need to recover from their excursions, and be ready to embark on their forthcoming UK tour.
