Merikle has been shown in Barrels, Poles, Western Pleasure, Western Equitation, Showmanship, and Halter. I have ribbons to show for her accomplishments, with the limited showing she has had.

She is My pride and joy, and creates exactly the type of foals we are looking to be known for here at Merikle Waters. She has proved herself worthy enough to have produced the foals she has, and she has also proven, papers aren't everything. Merikle is fully retired from breeding, and will go back to her primary use; a riding horse.

All foals Out of Merikle and by Millenium Miracle are eligible to be registered with the Canadian Pinto Horse Association.

A little History on Merikle

Merikle has been a member of the herd prior to us starting our breeding farm. She has produced 3 foals in her lifetime, and is in foal with the fourth. Her first filly "Bueti", was sired by a Appaloosa stallion that we did not get a chance to meet, as Bueti was purchased at the side of her dam. Bueti has been shown on a limited basis, as she has been busy teaching young riders the art of horsemanship. However, when she has been shown, she has always been well noticed by competitors for her calm and quiet attitude, and her steady western pleasure lope and jog. Bueti was sold summer 07 to a family who plans to have all of their kids learn to ride on her. She is an superb kids horse, patient and forgiving, and I am really looking forward to seeing them enter shows with her.

Merikle has given us 3 foals by our stallion "Millenium Miracle", in 05, a chestnut tobiano gelding "Loganns Millenium", and in 07 a Palomino Overo Filly "MilLexus". Logann was sold early 06 to a family who has shown him some, and he has done quite well so far. MilLexus is still owned by Merikle Waters, but only because she has not been offered for sale. Lexus as we like to call her will be starting her show career as well as started under saddle in 2010, and we believe she will bring home a lot of wins for us. Luna Millenium is a CPHA 08 chestnut tovero filly, who was sold pre weaning to Dale Theander of Ardrossan AB.

Besides the foals, Merikle is a wonderful mare to own. Loving her treats, she is very eager to please. Merikle is completely bomb proof, and has very solid training. Ride her today, and a year from now, and she rides the same. Her foals are very consistant, just like their mom. They have shown that through training, for show, or just ground manners.
