Swords

The Foraude- A MeRC Illuisions: The Foraude is a blade made of steel, with a pommel of polished orange stone. The hilt and crosshilt have a very unique set of hokes, all kept sharp and lethal. The crosshilt and hilt are gold plated, and the hilt is bound with soft leather dyed red. The design of hte weapn makes is very heavy and hard to handle.

 

 

The Dark Foraude- A MeRC Illusion: The Dark Foraude is much like it's sister sword. This weapon though, as the name implies, has darker roots. The Blade is made of dark steel, hilt bound by gray leather, crosshilt of silver, a pommel stone of obsidian and adorning gems of black pearl, smoky quartz and hematite. This weapon is far heavier than it's sister sword, and far sharper.

 

The Crystear- A MeRC Original: This weapon was created as a gift to a friend of mine. I will not need to describe it much due to the description in the picture. The Crystear was created as a mixture of long and broad swords.

Daggers

The Mercale- A MeRC Original: The Mercale is my namesake, for it plagues my dreams. Fashioned a bit after the crysknife of Dune, this lightweight dagger is meant for the quick dispatching of all foes. Fashioned from lightweight metals, and edged with diamond for sharpness, the Mercale is a major danger. The crosshilt extends further on one side to create balance due to the dagger's odd shape. Down the middle is a blood groove.

The Rising Sun Dagger- A MeRC Original: This dagger is drawn as close to scale as I can possibly go. It was drawn for a guy at my school called Drew. Was featured in a recent fanfiction of mine on fanfiction.net called Curse of the Mercale ((LOL)). The hilt of this weapon is gold plated. The sun in the upraised center of the hilt is a pale gold plating, as it the star on the pommel. The metal around these is silver placed. The gems are either blood rubies or fake, depending upon which you can afford. The blade is a nice tempered steel. And yes I am the class of '06. Shesh... And that address of this site is for incase he wanted to check out the rest of my work, not that Mister Sexiest Guy In School would keep the drawing long enough to visit this site, much less read this.
