"If you obey the majority of people on Earth, they will divert you from the path of the God. They only follow conjecture, and they only guess"

"Condemnation without investigation is the height of ignorance."
Albert Eistein
The truth stands on its own. It needs no support from anything or anybody. The worldview of things (anything) almost always doesn't conform to the truth. Misconstruing it does. All world-views are of pre-definations with intent to subjugate the masses by clamping the human thought process.
The will to seek the truth challenges the dampened mind, clears blurred visions, and removes all doubts and fears in one who seeks.
Remaining entrapped in the sphere of pre-definition is degrading towards illiteracy, eventually ends up in self-destruction.
"And no one could be as trustworthy, except by the grace of the God and (He) would place filth on those who do not think"(Q.10:100)
This is not about religion...its about truth.
The Social Contract
The idea
The term social contract describes a broad class of philosophical theories whose subjects are implied agreements by which people form nations and maintain a social order. Such social contract implies that the people give up some rights to a government and/or other authority in order to receive or jointly preserve social order (of the Rousseauean sort).
Wikipedia
What really is the Social Contract? An agreement of the citizen with the government? No, that would mean but the continuation of [Rousseau’s] idea. The social contract is an agreement of man with man; an agreement from which must result what we call society. In this, the notion of commutative justice, first brought forward by the primitive fact of exchange, …is substituted for that of distributive justice … Translating these words, contract, commutative justice, which are the language of the law, into the language of business, and you have commerce, that is to say, in its highest significance, the act by which man and man declare themselves essentially producers, and abdicate all pretension to govern each other
— Pierre-Joseph Proudhon, General Idea of the Revolution in the Nineteenth Century (1851)
The truth
If at all social contract is to mean - good social inter-action within a society, then Proudhon's version stand out with merits, removing any needs of elected governance, when the individual is trustworthy and self-governed
This high human behavioral quality is achievable as spelled out in the Quran:
"Indeed, the trustworthy prospers. Those who are humble in enjoining. And those who distant themselves from wasteful enterprise. And those who purifies. And those who preserve their fidelity. Except with their spouses, or not with what is not legal, hence they are spared from shame. Therefore, whomever seeks other than these, they would be in transgression. And those who are in trust and fulfill their promises. And those who preserve their commitments. These are the inheritors. They have internalized the superior quality." - (Q 23:1-12)
To achieve this quality traits, the Quran throughout its pages advocates sala (misconstrued as praying) to the people, which is to enjoin goodness, and avoid all forms of transgression, and with a commitment to maintain a good and working social order. The result is Islam, i.e. bliss.
The fanciful (so called) social contract is not only abounds with confusing philosophies, but a distorted unwritten ideas to be thrown on the unsuspecting innocent people, whenever it pleases those who are 'elected' to govern. This is a useful tool for the elected bullies to use when they want to rob (tax) the people off their earnings, or implementing sensitive policies on matters of race and/or creed.
The world is better off without it
