6. Should I number or name the images I want to use?
Photo CD:
Typically, photos are arranged on a Photo CD, by numerical numbers such as 001-1, 002-2, 003-3 and so on. It’s very important, that we know the arrangement or chronology of the images you wish to use on your video. A written note along with your CD, such as; “Please use all images in order on the CD,” or…”Please use images in order, except, 003-3, 009-9,” or provide us with a list of photos to use in order.
Online Galleries: Online galleries typically copy your own numbers or descriptions. You will need to e-mail me a list, of the order of the images you wish to use.
If you burn your own images to a CD, you may have a combination of numbers and a description, such as 001-Jayda on horse. However you wish to do this, its important to give us an order of use. (I suggest you copy the original images and assign them numbers in order starting with 001).
E-mail attachments:
You can attach images to an email in the order that you wish them to appear, or as above, assign them some numbers which are easier to use.
