As I walk this pathway alone

I meet so many people along the way

They look at me with their sad sorry eyes

Wanting to take their pain away

I gather the people and invite them to

walk with me on my journey

Not knowing where I will lead us

but knowing I need to find the way

Give me the strength oh Lord

to see our way through

To a better happy life ahead

where the day is starting new

Up the road ahead I see the glimmer

where there is hope and glory

Finally making it to freedom

to only the beginning af a brand new story
