Ellie was born in the U.S. in 1984. Although having harbored a great affinity to both reading and writing since extremely early childhood, Ellie was only first introduced to W.I.T.C.H. in 2004 (three years after its first publication), when its animated series version had been debuted onto television. It was then that the "obsession bug" had swiftly bitten Ellie, and the W.I.T.C.H. series had been catapulted to the top of her endless list of "favorite-anythings." Currently, Ellie has written close to a dozen of different fanfiction stories based upon W.I.T.C.H., with genres ranging from humor to tragedy, as well as a few crossover stories with other series and even video games (i.e. Harry Potter, Sailormoon, Chrono Trigger, etc). While each story has been quite revered by readers and fellow fans of the series, Ellie's "Requiem for a Dream" story has received an astounding amount of praise and fandom, which has resulted in fan contributions such as spin-offs, fanart, awards, and even a comic book version that is nearing its completion (with a few completed chapter postings currently uploaded for viewing in the meanwhile). In addition to, a sequel has been created by Ellie, herself, entitled "Tears of Redemption," that is currently in the process of being written, and is also accumulating its own amount of support and reverence. Most recently, a spin-off to "Requiem for a Dream" has also been created by Ellie, entitled "Beyond Death's Door," which has already achieved its own popularity and recognition in its own right. Besides W.I.T.C.H., Ellie has also dabbled in other writing ventures over the years that are based upon other series, such as Takeuchi Naoko's "Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon" Japanese manga/anime series, Vincent Chalvon-Demersay and David Michel's French-originated "Totally Spies!" animated series, and British writer, J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter fantasy/sci-fi novel series. In addition to fanfiction writing, Ellie is currently working on her own original novel that should hopefully be completed within the following year. Despite Ellie's obvious and immense favoritism towards writing, she is currently studying to be a Veterinarian, having graduated from the college she had been attending with a B.S. and B.A. in Biochemistry and double minor in both Pharmacy and Psychology.
The workings of W.I.T.C.H. was created and is owned by Elisabetta Gnone. I, Ellie J., claim ownership to every aspect of Requiem for a Dream, as well as Tears of Redemption. No one is to take the names, likenesses, storylines, the original character, Sitara Vandom, or other original details created by me (unless that individual happens to be Ms. Gnone, herself, and/or any affiliation of hers). Contributions made by readers (Fanart, fan-poetry, and fan-fiction based upon either story) are to be viewed as joint-properities of the respective author and of Ellie J. So therefore, featuring your artwork on this site means that it may be used for promotion or other usage. Comments are property of their poster. |
