The confidence in our product is based on our integrated approch that ensures we have total control of all processes from production, and boning. This also enables quick responce to our costumer needs. Our sales team has a high level of commercial and technical skils and understands the needs of customers .

Our business also includes the distribution plant in Europe.

We are using modern processing plant, including an export registered abattoir and boning room. In the boning room, the latest in-line boning technology is used to efficiently debone and than either vacum pack the product for chilled markets, or wrap and freeze products for furter processing by the customers.As a exporter in food safety and shelf life attributes, we are backed by intergrated risk procedures and an on - site NATA accredited laboratory.We have an certification and work within the guidelines of the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service approved Meat Safety and Quality Assurance Standard.

Under the Quality Assurance program, standard operating procedures have been developed and implemented for activities : cleaning and sanitation, personal hygiene and water supply .
