Souldriver is Wayne Morgan Vox/guitars, Mitch Casey:Bass, Anthony Hicks: Drums,
and Andrew Price: Guitar.This band has given me permission to use some of their official pictures to acknowledge them on this site. I suggest you check them out. They are an indie rock group from Aberdare South Wales. They are influenced by such bands as The Doors,The Rolling Stones, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, Neil Young, Nirvana and many others. They have just finished recording their new single (Wasted Time) which features guest guitars and backing vocals from Jeff Rose (Dubwar, Skindred) which was recorded and produced At Not-in-pill studios Newport by Jeff and Ginge.

Souldriver is just a name of an OCEAN COLOUR SCENE song its a great song and I think the name goes with the band.

Nick Black, the King of Hearts, may cease to BE... he may vanish altogether if he cannot find the meaning to his own existence... and so here the journey begins.
The self exiled King of Hearts is the last standing King in a dying land. His is a story of tragic loss and a quest to find redemption. Betrayed by those around him and trapped in a reversed and negative state, he finds himself estranged, by his own choices, from the realm he once called home and the woman that he loved more than life itself.

Two years ago they were just kids with hopes, dreams, and ambitions. Playing during their high school years in a five piece band called Faceless Amy. In which they honed and discovered their sound. Although due to certain problems concerning the drummer of the band, and the bass player going off to college, they needed to find new members. They were later replaced by Randall Garret and Tyler Gorrell, who you know and love today as the rambunctious percussionist and the fancy bassist. After receiving the new members, the band decided that a new name had to befall the band. So, after a few weeks of coffee, ice cream and excitement, True Story was born! It didnt end there though.
After a year of playing around, the band decided to cut an EP. That was recorded around January of 2006. But, due to lead guitarist Jairo Verma living in Texarkana because of tragedy caused by the hurricane in October, the release of the EP had to be postponed until April 21st. When that show came around, it gave a perspective of how many local fans the band has. They are beginning to pick up on the local scene, and are at the moment playing outside of their local area to spread their music to a broader spectrum of people. They also recently picked up a new guitar player named Justin Babineaux. Making the band a six piece, and also adding a new and wonderful sound.
Now, history out of the way, its time to talk about the music. A defining aspect of the music is the melodic keyboard, provided by Josh Comoaux. Mixing it together with the rhythmic tones of Jairos guitar and Courtney Rogers vocals sounds like how fireworks would, if the colors made sounds (other than the huge boom). Those three aspects of course come together perfectly with Randalls drums and Tylers bass. Making catchy rhythms that even people who cant dance, can dance to. The songs them self seem to find their way inside your head, and once they are there you cant get them out. And, when you hear them, you cant help but sing along. More or less they are continually refining and improving on their sound to appease a crowd in the best way they can, and if you dont believe me, go to a show sometime.
Overall they love their fans, and even go out of their way to talk to and make friends with their fans. They also try to help along bands that have just started on the scene, and they love to help promote the local scene as much as possible. Most importantly, they'd love to see you at a show of theres soon!
