ALL McCEES PLAYERS ARE ASKED TO ATTEND AN IMPORTANT LEAGUE MEETING ON TUESDAY 3rd JUNE 2008 AT McCEES PRIVATE CLUB

Welcome to McCees Wearside Darts League. Initially founded in the Summer of 2005 by eight players from the Southwick area of Sunderland, the League was then known as McCees Premier Darts League. Having now expanded into two divisions of sixteen players, a Premier and a First with players now coming from further afield. A name change was decided upon at this years Annual General Meeting to incorporate a wider spectrum of the North East. Player Chairman Andy King is the man that makes it all happen, his hard work and determination has made the League what it is today. Most of his spare time is spent updating match reports, league tables and liasing with journalists to ensure the operation runs as smoothly as possible. Played on a Tuesday night at McCees Private Club in Southwick and match reports being covered in the Sunderland Echo on a Thursday, the League has exploded into undoubtedly one of the best in the area.
