Pwcca is a new country, promising nothing and letting people make their own lives. The territory of Pwcca currently encompasses various unknown black gulfs of space, the planet Cadia, a small portion of Massachusetts formerly part of The Grand Imperium, one quarter of the molten core of the earth, the star Aldebaran, part of the Eye of Terror, a large cave in the Lake of Fire, and the Southern hemisphere of the planet Mercury.
At the forefront of Pwcca is The Vinegar Dragon, a man who upholds his ideals to the last, even though they may change at any given moment. This man is government of Pwcca, but really doesn't do much in the way of governing, sticking to the belief that people can solve their own problems.
