Ordering
Ordering is easy. After you have decided what you would like, send an e-mail, letter or phone your request through. We will contact you back confirming what you would like and to clarify any questions you may have. We prefer to have your request in writing but it is not necessary. We then set about making your trees. Once they are complete we will photograph you trees and either upload the photos to our Photobucket Album or send them directly to you by e-mail to view. This is to ensure that you are happy with your trees.
Once we hear back from you that you are happy with what you see, we pack and weigh your trees and forward you an invoice for the total amount due which includes any postage cost.
South Australian Customers
If you live in Adelaide, Strathalbyn or Victor Harbor area, we would ask you to please support our stockist by placing your orders through them. We understand this isn't always possible and are still happy to accept any orders you wish to place with us.

We are happy to post our products internationally. All mail is sent by Airmail.
Australian Customers we accept Cheque, Direct Deposit, Money Order or PayPal for payment. Unfortunately we can only accept PayPal as the payment method from international customers. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Postage
We do not profit from postage. You will only pay what the post office charges us. Where possible we use recycled packing materials to keep the cost down. Occasionally we run out of suitable packing boxes and should this happen we will list the cost of any boxes or cartons in the invoice separately.
