Long time no update. We have been on a break/working on our forthcoming EP. We are hoping to have it released by mid-February. However, we have no working date or title yet. The purevolume site has all the songs up there (only three) availiable for download if you want them. Also, the photo section has some small additions. Should have some shows ready to go for February. Stay tuned for those dates.

The show on the 20th has been moved back to the 27th. Doors are at 5:30 PM (some flyers were passed out that said 5:00 -- thats wrong). Tickets are $6 from us. If at all possible, contact us and purchase one pre-show. Directions: (from East/West) Take I-70 to I-71 Northbound (exit 101A), exit on to Hudson Street (exit 112), left on Hudson, left on Summit, right on East Lane Ave, then right on to North High Street. The address is 2201 North High. (from North/South) Take I-71 to Hudson Street exit, then follow East/West directions.
On another note, the gig last night was fun. Very interesting first gig for us. Thanks to anyone who drove an hour to see us play in an unheated barn. Sorry for the poor sound and technical problems, even though not all of it was our fault. A lot of the set was loose only because we had no working monitors and couldn't hear each other.

We are sorry to announce, to those who didn't know, that the show at Turnberry September 18th was our last show as MzSi. We weren't interested in pursuing some of the music we were doing, and had various other creative ideas that we felt could not be realized within what we felt were the confines of MzSi. We are still very much interested in being musicians, and are all pursuing a new project along with some of our friends. Since we will once again be collaborating on this new project, we feel its appropriate to keep the updates for it here at the old MzSi site. The name of the new band is Maraschino, and it will have its own good website soon enough. Until then, look for news here. In addition to the three core members of MzSi the band will also feature our friend Kyle Patterson.
