21st Anniversary Shoot - page now published!!
A big thank you to all the people involved in the organisation of the 21st Anniversary Shoot, especially Steve Fenton and Roger Glover. Also thanks to the Archers who took part, especially those from other clubs who helped fill the shooting line and make it a very enjoyable day. Welcome Booklet
For the benefit of new members, there is a free booklet available entitled "Welcome to Mayflower Archers".
This booklet has been written with the new or less experienced archer in mind, but is available to all club members. A limited number of copies are available each Saturday at club meetings. To obtain a copy, please see Roger Glover

Indoor League update
The final results for the Portsmouth BA competition have been released (at last!). In the compound league Mayflower came 2nd behind Bowmen of Chesterfield in Division 15 (of 35). The recurve team came first in Division 6 (of 45). That tops off an excellent indoor season with wins for compound and recurve teams in their respective Bray Divisions and a runner up place for the juniors in the Andy Harris league. Well done All. County Rankings
Mayflower have a number of archers in the County Top Ten rankings. See the Awards and Achievements page for more details.

New Club Secretary
At the recent AGM, Rachel Elvidge stepped down as Club Secretary and John Hurrell was duly nominated and seconded as the new Club Secretary. Thanks to Rachel for all the work she did in her short time in the role and thanks to John for stepping up to the Shooting Line.
So from now on, all membership and beginners course issues should be sent to John at john.hurrell@mayflowerarchers.co.uk

2009 AGM
The 2009 AGM took place on Monday 16th March. Last years AGM minutes are here and were agreed at this years AGM.

Mayflower Archers win big at AGM
Mitch, Rob and Wendie all picked up awards at this year's ECAA AGM. Have a look at the Archer Awards page for more details.

All upcoming shoots will be listed on the Indoor or Outdoor calendar as appropriate. However, here are some upcoming Mayflower shoots that may be of interest:

Home League match
The next home League match is on 21st June. Please be aware that, although you can shoot that day, you may be limited as to when you can shoot and will have to abide by any whistles or signals used during the match

Mayflower 21st Anniversary Shoot
This will held at Barleylands on Saturday 27th June and will consist of Albion and Windsor rounds. Click here for the entry form.

National Rounds
These will held be on 18th and 25th July. National Rounds will be on offer and Juniors scores will be sent to GNAS/Archery UK for the GNAS National Postal Tournament. Click here for more details. Click here for an entry for for the 18th and here for an entry form for the 25th.

Havering DSA Western Rounds
This will be held at the Broxhill Sports Centre, Noak Hill on Saturday 8th August. Click here for an entry form
