Petrie Islands

The Petrie Islands are a unique group of islands located on the Ottawa River in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The non-profit group: The Friends of Petrie Island are the main island's conservation area caretakers. Also on the island is the Petrie Island Beach and the Petrie Island Bait and Tackle Shop. As this website is for outdoor activities, I strongly recomend that you visit the Bait shop for fantastic deals on fishing equipment. The Petrie Islands are quickly becoming a big tourist attration and should never be missed if you have the chance. Winter or Summer there is always something to do.
