DCoop: Current status

Already implemented and added features:
- Message fadeout, 4 stacks, 8 - 5 - 5 - 5.
- DXMessage (something like LocalizedMessage)
- MD6 hasher
- Admin Login enhancement (passwords are stored as MD6 hashes, possible IP \ ID framing)
- Brand new U2-like hud (for HudMode=0)
- Multi-layered user levels:

- with diff icon representatives.
- Ability to ban players temporarily (with mapchanges) and permanently.

- An easy banning system: BanId [Id] [Optional num GC]. If GC is higher then 0 then it will be a temporary ban, otherwise permanent.

- ULevels and login msgs shown only to players with level >= MinShowLev
- UserNames are shown only to players with level >= MinShowUser
- You can PSay DCoop (Id=0) to privately send a message to the log. Vice-versa, server admin can use SC PSay [Id] to make DCoop send a private message to that player
