ATTIC BEACH TEN MINUTES FROM BARCELONA (EL MASNOU)

Apartment in El Masnou, a village at the coast 13 kilometers north of Barcelona. It is a 4 bedroom attic apartment (teen floor). 120 sqm., with 2 elevators. It is conveniently located 20 minutes from center of Barcelona.(train and bus) and the beach (ten minutes by foot). The apartment sleeps 7.There are 4 double bedrooms The living/dining room is very spacious with a sofa (1 double sofabed,2 single sofa) and TV,dvd,dvd library and has good views across the village and see . The large kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, oven anz dinning zone...The inventory includes cofee machine, toaster, squeezer, table linen, cover, tableware etc. There is 1 complete bathroom and 1 toilette.All rooms have windows letting in good light and there is plenty of storage space. Outside terrace, which receives the sun all day.
