Franklin and Rosalyn Randolph contact the police around 9pm on August 4th to
      report their daughter missing, saying that she went out that morning 
      before they got up. She won't answer her cellphone and none of her 
      friends have seen her (her best friend is, apparantly, out of town this 
      week). The Randolphs are extremely worried. Apparantly, their daughter's 
      been acting a little erratic and moody lately.
