Mark Brunell Autographs (UPDATED 7/4/2006) - 73 Autos

I wrote my 1st eBay Review entitled "How to spot a FAKE Mark Brunell Autograph" - please take a minute and click on the link and rate my post. Thank you!

(6/15/2006 - 1st Update in 5 months!!!) Here are some Mark Brunell Autographs that are NOT part of My Ultimate Mark Brunell Collection. Shown in no particular order are 73 of the 150 or so "EXTRA" Brunell Autographs that I have. Enjoy - Thank you!

Here's some quick observations about his autographs. Prior to 1997, his autographs ended with a "L" that had a curl to it - 1996 Laserview Inscriptions is an example. After 1997, his autographs ended with a flat line tail "L". Also Brunell, frequently changes his "B" from attached to/detached to "r" mainly due to time constraints. Personally, I like the full "B" detached from the "r" more. Lastly, any autos of his that use a regular "M" are more than likely FAKE as Brunell always does his signature "M" that looks like a check mark with a loop. His "k" is also fairly unique in that he rarely finishes it off  "the traditional way"! Any autos done with a fat sharpie that "hide" these finer points - stay away from. THERE IS CURRENTLY 2 SEPERATE RINGS OF FAKE "IN PERSON" AUTOGRAPH SELLERS, SO BE VERY CAREFUL!!!

1st off the obvious fakes that make their way onto ebay, yahoo, overstock.com etc - be careful.

 

Looks like someone had a real hard time writing this one!

 

In this example, Brunell simply forgot how many "L" he had in his name!!!

 

Pretty fancy, but...Ummm...not even close!

The "M" and the 2 "L" are wrong plus Brunell DOESN'T do his "8" like a figure staking 8, but instead a CONNECTING "o""o"

 

The 2 "L" and the "K" are wrong. Brunell's rarely fininshes his "k". Usually it ends up as a straight line (with the occasional arm sticking out)

 

Umm..yeah right!?!

 

This one is really scary - authenticated by GAI - if I ever do business it surely won't be with them.
