Hea's the fixed Mesa Grande. Note also how the bodyguards are 2 in yellow shirts n' 1 in a blue shirt. As I promised, I fixed the random npc model pickin', n' now the models vary on number pickin's between 1 & 20.

Hea's the aftershot. Hmm, turns out the build in drivin' AI don't know how to level the bike... Cause he jus kept tiltin' back until he landed wit the front of the bike facin' straight up. The blob tha's circled red is the bodyguard.
Hea's me 1st try to find the offset of the Mesa Grande... Hmm, 3 metric feet (or however the game measues distance...) is quite a hella lot.
