Where I normally go to find oout aboot GTA moddin', n' ask stuff aboot GTA moddin'. I like the codename forums, but I'm not too keen towards http://codename.gta3.co.uk cause they diddn't host me multi mod v2.0 before. grr... but at least eventually they did... but on their VC webpage.
