Marcia Rowles is an artist living in Devon, England. Her favourite mediums are pastel and oil and she specialises in landscapes and seascapes. She attended Adult Eduction evening classes and did mainly oil under the tuition of professional oil artist Wilf Plowman. Marcia then decided to try pastels and has been doing them ever since and is completely self taught in this medium. She has undertaken many commissions and has paintings in USA, Canada, Australia, Portugal and Germany.
