Schedule as at 26th June 2006:
Please find below a preliminary schedule of works which is indicative of the time frame required to bring this project to fruition:-
1) Preliminary contract work will be done on site 3rd July this will require 7 working days to complete, this will entail leveling and terracing the site to make it suitable for access and plot allocation.
2) Engineering survey to be undertaken between 10th July and 17th July. This entails the civil engineer marking out foundation retaining wall location together with roads and utilities.
3) 24th July preliminary foundation work to take place for retaining walls, this is expected to take 30 working days (contracting work will carry on until 11th August whereupon the government holiday commences until the end of August) work to recommence 4th September, remaining foundation work will be completed by 29th September.
4) Construction work of buildings to commence 2nd October, construction period for units approx 76 working days (16 weeks) keys handed over to last unit March 2007.
